Where do you ship?
We ship to anywhere around the world.
What are your shipping timelines?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Irish nationally observed holidays.
All orders are shipped from Dublin, and your delivery date is dependent upon the shipping address. Standard Delivery estimates are provided below:
Orders to Ireland addresses typically take 2 to 3 business days.
Orders to Europe (other than Ireland) typically take 4 to 5 business days.
Orders outside Europe can take up 2 to 3 weeks. However, shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location, the time of year, and the destination postal service. In some cases, it can take up to 6 weeks for your order to be delivered, depending on customs. We cannot promise an exact delivery date, as there are no guarantees made by the postal service due to possible delays in Customs.
What are your shipping costs?
We provide a standard shipping rate, these are:
Shipping costs to Ireland addresses is €8.
Shipping costs to the U.K. is €10.
Shipping costs to Europe (other than Ireland) is €15.
Shipping costs to outside Europe is €15.
Customs and fees
Depending on your region, additional customs charges, fees, or taxes may be due upon delivery. Customers are responsible for these fees and that they are not included at checkout at this time.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return undamaged and unused item(s) with the original receipt for a full refund within 14 days of when you received your order.
Returns may be refused at management's discretion.
Shipping costs and any taxes charged on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
After receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this request to be processed. You will receive an email from us acknowledging your refund.

Damaged and defective items
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the package. Please contact us at email@example.com to report a damaged or defective item. Please do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so.
A refund will be issued to your original form of payment or you will be shipped replacement item(s) if in stock. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product, plus taxes, within 14 days after we've received the defective item(s). Visual proof of damaged items will be required.
If items are missing from your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of your package to be issued a refund or to be shipped correct item(s) if in stock.
Exchanges and cancellations
Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return. Please follow the steps listed under RETURNS and then purchase items under a new transaction.
To cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under RETURNS.
Can I order multiple boxes?
Yes, absolutely. If you are interested in purchasing multiple boxes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will support you in your request.
Why are my items not the same size as advertised?
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our artisan products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary in color and/or size.
If you purchase two of the same basket, you might notice size variations. We do our best to make sure each basket is within the parameters of the size we advertise on our site. We hold the handmade products we advertise in the most high esteem and we hope that you enjoy these variations as much as we do.
How often are items restocked?
Restock time on every item varies as each product is handmade. We try to update shoppers as frequently as possible regarding new shipments.
