Where do you ship?
At present, we only ship to Ireland.
What are your shipping timelines?
We ship with An Post each Tuesday and Saturday. All orders received before 7pm the day before our shipping day will be sent. Orders received after 7pm on Mondays or Fridays will be shipped on the following shipping day.
All orders are shipped from Dublin, and your delivery date is dependent upon the shipping address. Standard Delivery estimates are provided below:
Orders to Irish addresses typically take 2 to 3 business days.
What are your shipping costs?
Our standard shipping rate to Irish addresses is €8.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return undamaged and unused item(s) with the original receipt for a full refund within 14 days of when you received your order.
Returns may be refused at management's discretion.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this request to be processed. You will receive an email from us acknowledging your refund.

Damaged and defective items
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report a damaged or defective item. Please do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so.
A refund will be issued to your original form of payment or you will be shipped replacement item(s) if in stock. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product, plus taxes, within 14 days after we've received the defective item(s). Visual proof of damaged items will be required.
If items are missing from your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of your package to be issued a refund or to be shipped correct item(s) if in stock.
Exchanges and cancellations
Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return. Please follow the steps listed under RETURNS and then purchase items under a new transaction.
To cancel an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under RETURNS.
Why are my items not the same size as advertised?
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our artisan products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary in color and/or size.
If you purchase two of the same basket, you might notice size variations. We do our best to make sure each basket is within the parameters of the size we advertise on our site. We hold the handmade products we advertise in the most high esteem and we hope that you enjoy these variations as much as we do.
How often are items restocked?
Restock time on every item varies as each product is handmade. We try to update shoppers as frequently as possible regarding new shipments.
